2. What Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address and password when you create an account
- Payment information: we use Stripe to process payments. We never store your credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data securely
- Content you create: wedding details, photos, and text you enter to generate blog posts
- Usage data: how many posts you have generated, when you last logged in
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, and device type for security purposes
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Vowrio service — generating and publishing blog posts
- To process your subscription payment through Stripe
- To send you account-related emails (confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
- To improve the Vowrio product based on how it is used
- To respond to your support requests
4. AI Processing
When you generate a blog post, the text details you enter (couple names, venue, love story, vendor names) are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your post content. Photos you upload are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to Anthropic. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
5. Photo Storage
Photos you upload are processed in your browser to resize and optimize them. When you publish to WordPress, photos are uploaded directly to your own WordPress media library. Vowrio does not store your photos on our servers.
6. Third-Party Services We Use
- Supabase: stores your account information and subscription status (supabase.com/privacy)
- Stripe: processes your subscription payments (stripe.com/privacy)
- Anthropic: powers the AI blog post generation (anthropic.com/privacy)
- Cloudflare: hosts the Vowrio application (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever. We only share data with the third-party services listed above that are necessary to operate Vowrio.
8. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request. Email support@vowrio.com to request deletion.
9. Cookies
Vowrio uses minimal cookies necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data
