1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a Vowrio account and using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Vowrio. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Canatella Productions LLC ("we", "us", "Vowrio").
2. Description of Service
Vowrio is a subscription-based software service that helps wedding photographers and videographers generate SEO-optimized blog posts using artificial intelligence. The service includes blog post generation, photo optimization, and direct publishing to WordPress websites.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vowrio. By using Vowrio, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@vowrio.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
5. Subscription and Payment
Vowrio is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $29 per month (or the price listed at the time of your subscription). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. All payments are in US dollars. Prices may change with 30 days notice by email.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from using the service, contact support@vowrio.com within 7 days and we will review your case individually.
7. Your Content and License
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Vowrio — including the wedding details you enter, photos you upload, and blog posts you generate. By using Vowrio, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Only upload photos that you own or have explicit permission to use
- Only publish content about weddings where you were the hired photographer or videographer
- Not use Vowrio to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any law
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Vowrio service
- Comply with the terms of any third-party platforms you publish to (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
9. Intellectual Property
The Vowrio application, design, code, and branding are owned by Canatella Productions LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Vowrio without our written permission.
10. AI-Generated Content
Blog posts generated by Vowrio are created using artificial intelligence. While we work to ensure high-quality output, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is 100% accurate, complete, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated blog posts.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vowrio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We do not guarantee any specific search engine rankings or business results from using Vowrio.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canatella Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vowrio, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canatella Productions LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of Vowrio, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Vowrio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use Vowrio in a way that harms other users or third parties. You will be notified by email before termination except in cases of serious violations.
